How we work with your agency.

Four clear steps, from the first message to your client's return home.

01

Send us the trip.

Dates, travelers, budget, and what your client cares about. By email or WhatsApp, in Spanish, English, or French.

02

A proposal ready for your client.

Usually within 48 hours, depending on the trip. Net rates, or your commission already included. We add your agency's logo whenever you ask.

We confirm and prepare.

Hotels, transfers, guides, and experiences booked, and the final itinerary ready for your client.

We look after your client on the ground.

24/7 WhatsApp assistance while they travel, and a follow-up on every hotel, transfer, and guide once they are home.

Every supplier also represents your agency.

We choose the stays, guides and drivers you'd proudly introduce to your clients. Each one is personally vetted before it appears on their itinerary.

Questions agencies ask us.

If yours is not here, ask us directly.

Do you work with net rates or commission?

+

Usually net rates, and your agency sets its own margin. If you prefer, we send the proposal with your commission already included: your client pays us directly, and we pay your commission when the trip ends.

Can documents carry my agency's logo?

+

Yes. Our proposal and final itinerary carry the Amae logo, and we add your agency's logo whenever you ask.

How quickly do you reply to a request?

+

We answer the first message right away, especially on WhatsApp; it rarely takes more than 2 hours. Emails, always within 24 hours. A full proposal usually takes up to 48 hours, depending on the trip.

What are the payment terms, and in which currency?

+

It depends on each supplier's conditions, but usually a 30% deposit to confirm and the balance 30 days before the trip. We invoice in US dollars.

Is there a minimum booking?

+

No minimum. We work with everyone from solo travelers to groups. Our specialty is individual and family trips.

Which languages does your team speak?

+

Spanish, English, and French. Documents go out in your client's language.

Can you handle last-minute or special requests?

+

Yes. Our network of local partners lets us arrange unique or time-sensitive requests.

What happens if something goes wrong during the trip?

+

Your client reaches a person on WhatsApp, 24/7. We solve it on the ground and keep you informed.

Do you handle groups and incentives?

+

Yes. We have handled family and private groups of up to 60 people. Incentive groups we review case by case, so send us the size and dates.

Which company will my agency contract with?

+

R Guerrero Viajes a Medida SRL (RNC 133-39172-4), based in Santo Domingo.
